Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
